1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be completed in advance through our official platforms.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• Payments can be made in the user’s currency.

2. Visa & Documentation

• Clients are responsible for securing valid travel documents, including a passport and Umrah visa.
• We may assist in visa application procedures but do not guarantee approval.
• All personal details provided must be accurate and up to date.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds are issued solely based on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
• No refunds are offered for delays caused by weather or if the client is denied entry by authorities.

4. Travel & Accommodation

• We may recommend travel and accommodation to suit your budget; we are not liable for delays or changes by third-party providers.
• Clients are expected to follow the itinerary and any instructions from their assigned guide and start the pilgrim at the agreed time without a delay.

5. Health & Safety

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to travel.
• Clients should disclose any medical conditions in advance.
• We are not responsible for illness, injury, or accidents during the trip.

6. Code of Conduct

• All clients must adhere to Islamic etiquette and local Saudi laws.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the group without refund.
• Clients must follow the guide’s instructions during religious rituals and travel.

7. Liability

• We act as an intermediary and are not liable for issues caused by airlines, hotels, transport services, or government actions.
• We are not responsible for delays, losses, or expenses due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).

8. Use of Personal Data

• Your personal information will be used only for booking and travel purposes.
• We will not share your data with third parties except as required for travel arrangements.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
